Behind The Scenes (BTS) photos from my Real Estate Photography gigs.   Often times, the realtor is speaking on camera, doing an intro for his/her video tour that I produce (see an example here). Why I don’t like 3d Virtual Tours

I know that 3D tours for Real Estate have become all the rage with some realtors, and I can see why.   It’s flashy, techy, a little (ok, a lot) gimmicky on some levels, and a tool that can be used to easily ‘wow’ your clients with. The few things I LIKE about the tours, like Matterport, are, assuming they are working perfectly on your device, is that they do offer a way to see every single aspect of the home, and they do provide some entertainment value. ***This can backfire though.  I have heard realtors say that seeing every…

My Equipment for Real Estate Photography

I have been fortunate to amass some of the greatest ‘toys’ out there for my real estate photography ‘career.’  I say that in quotes as I find it hard to think of it as work, since I enjoy it so much!
