My Photos vs. “Their” Photos – Real Estate Photography
Return to or visit my Real Estate Photography main section. Also: Assessing The Quality of a Real Estate Photo Yes indeed, people do ask me what I do differently than other photographers and services Providing Real Estate Photography. I would say there is a difference between what I try to do, and many other photographers and Real Estate Photography services in my area. There is a growing community of great Real Estate and Architectural photographers, though, that are awesome and inspiring, but they (IMHO) are in the minority. Many realtors use one of the handful of mainstream services available here…
9757 Niwot Road, Niwot, CO
This is a listing by Deborah Fowler, and is absolutely spectacular. I pulled out all of the stops on the Video, Drone and Photos. This one has a cool, really long run-up to the property with the drone. 9757 Niwot Road, Niwot, Colorado from David Besnette on Vimeo. Photo Album:

I made a Billboard!
This was for a realtor I worked with. We did a studio shoot for her photo with the sign, and then I worked on the layout…and voila! It appeared on I-25! I used my Canon 5-DSR for the 50.2 megapixel count..which really helped. First draft Small changes in layout before it went ‘live’ – by the recommendations of the billboard company. It looks a little washed out as I was shooting from a long ways away, but in person it looked snazzy!

Real Estate & Architectural Photography in Erie, Colorado
My new hometown of Erie, Colorado has some very charismatic buildings, homes and even churches. Lately, the evenings have had some nice light, so I’ve been out doing some photography of the local real estate and other buildings here in Erie. One of my favorite subjects was the library and community center here, as well as the church across the street (St. Luke Orthodox) I am very much looking forward to Spring and Summer when there are flowers, green grass, and longer days. Should be very good for the camera!
